Seair Pacific hires only the best to fly our guests. All of our pilots hold CASA commercial pilot endorsements and go through rigorous flight checks throughout the year, conducted by Peter Gash, Managing Director and Chief Pilot together with his team of highly experienced training and checking captains.

As a guide, minimum requirements for pilot recruitment are listed below, however pilots with close to minimum requirements may be considered at the discretion of the Chief Pilot.

• Australian CPL  
• 500 hours total aeronautical experience
• MECIR
• Endorsement on C208 / BN2 (can be arranged through Seair prior to commencement)

ENGINEERING

Seair has its own engineering crew based at Coolangatta Airport to ensure that the aircraft are maintained to the highest possible standard. We also employ a full time powerplant mechanic to ensure the highest quality of service.

Seair is committed to training and developing young engineer's careers and regularly employ apprentice aircraft engineers, introducing them into the exciting world of aviation maintenance.

ADMINISTRATION/OPERATIONS/RESERVATIONS

Operations is a diverse and challenging role in the company, and we are always keen to find motivated people interested in pursuing a career in operations.
